LET'S MEET

Our principal designer, Ozzy Figueroa, has over 20 years experience owning a successful design/build company. With a focus on innovative and functional design, we will create a plan for your dream home.

DESIGN

We will begin by analyzing your existing home and learning about your wants, needs and vision.  We will study your home plans/layout and come up with a unique and functional design. We focus on things that are often overlooked such as traffic flow and obstructive views. We pay special attention to your lifestyle and truly making your home a place of peace and beauty.

Next, You will have an in-person presentation explaining and sharing our detailed plans for your project.  After you have reviewed your plans we will make any changes necessary to make your vision come to life.  We focus on every detail and use our years of expertise to make suggestions and come up with design solutions. Once the design proposal has been accepted, we can begin.

At Maven we handle every step of the design and build process.  We use top of the line materials and work with the best subcontractors in the Central Florida area. Because we are licensed contractors we handle everything from permits to construction. You won't have to worry about any of the day-to-day details of making renovation or addition a reality.
