FIRST STEPS

We will begin by pulling any necessary permits and coordinating our team to begin your build. We use the top subcontractors in Central Florida so you can be confident your project will be handled professionally and with integrity throughout the process. We focus on top-notch quality, using premium materials with a keen attention to detail. You won't have to worry about any of the day-to-day details of making renovation or addition a reality.

Maven Premier uses an online system that will allow you to follow your project online. We will enter updates weekly with photos so you never have to wonder where your project stands. You can pay and manage all your invoices on our management website, allowing you to easily keep up to date on your project details and payments due.  We are available to answer any questions you may have during the process. 

This is the exciting part! Your build is set to begin. We will manage all the details and streamline the building process for you. Our project managers will oversee the daily operations to ensure every detail has been considered.  You'll be able to access your project status and get updates regularly through our online management system. You'll be given an opportunity to create a log-in so you can check on the progress of your build anytime you want.
